We’re inching closer and closer to the premiere of Season 5 of The Real Housewives of New York City. Bravo did some serious cast shuffling and we’ve got some new ladies mixed in with some RH vets. The 6 ladies representing the Big Apple are Heather Thomson, Aviva Drescher, Sonja Morgan, Carole Radziwill, The Countess and Ramona Singer.
