VIDEO Kate Gosselin says kids want to get back on TV

Kate Gosselin at The Grove

Oh Jon and Kate how your stories entertain me. Recently some pretty sad pics surfaced of Jon Gosselin DJing at a middle school dance. Not to be out(un)done, Kate Gosselin appeared on Today yesterday morning to chat with Ann Curry. So what did the gals talk about you ask? The coupon blogger spoke of how much her kids miss being on reality TV!

“They really, honestly miss filming. They recently have been saying, ‘When are we going to go here or there?’ They miss the crew. So, with our TLC contract now over, we’re hoping to move forward and do more fun projects.”

Footage time.

Kate also talked about how things between herself and DJ Jonny Jonboy are as amicable as they’ve been in quite some time:

“I can honestly say it’s more peaceful than it’s ever been. He’s been really positive and more available and it’s just less stressful. I feel like he’s working with me, and the kids notice it—and that’s good because I’ve always wanted peace for them.”

Sooooo… We’ve got, as Kate put it, fans dying to see her kids on TV again, a cordial relationship now between mom and dad Gosselin and Kate outright stating that she wants to go in the TV direction. Does all of this add up to a possible return of Jon and Kate Plus 8?

We will never know if the kids miss filming. She can say anything she wants about anything pertaining to her kids, and who are we to question? SO I think it Khate who misses filming

They probably miss filming because she complains about not filming anymore. I feel bad for those kids.

I doubt the kids miss being on TV at all. Everyone knows Kate misses being in the spotlight. Ha, good one, Kate!

I doubt they miss filming but I bet they miss they free trips, the box seats and special gifts. That life is all the little 6 knew about. It must be very hard to go from getting special treatment while filming (like going to a sports event, sitting in a box, meeting the mascot, getting tons of free items) to if they are lucky to go to any event that they are in normal seats with no extras. I can imagine Kate saying they need the money from filming & guilted the kids.
I look at Kate’s twitter one in awhile and she complains she can’t afford sports for the kids but she spends $500+ on her hair? Poor kids. I hope they stay off tv and get a normal life & Kate/Jon can take whatever job on tv or not to support them.

the kids miss filming is code for mommy misses that tv paycheck

I think Kate is full of crap, she probably tells the kids they can’t have anything or do anything because they aren’t making money from the show anymore. Why does she need tlc to foot the bill, other people pay to take their kids places and so should she.

i THINK SHE MISSES THE FILIMING AND THE MONEY. MAINLY THE MONEY. SHE IS ALWAYS IN IT FOR HERSELF.. JUST MY THOUGHTS. WHEN THE KIDS GET OLDER AND WANT TO FILM THEN THEY CAN DO THAT JUST NOT ON A REALITY SHOW THEY ARE BETTER THEN THAT

I think Kate misses filming more then her kids do. However I think the kids miss the crew that filmed them. That crew has been there since the sextuplets were babies, so they grew up knowing them and having them around all the time. Its a good thing her and Jon are doing a looot better! I’m not going to lie, I miss this show being on tv. I loved watching it Cara, Mady, Alexis, Hannah, Aiden, Colin, Leah, and Joel grow up.

I’m pretty sure it’s Kate that misses filming. For someone who always stated that she wanted a family and kids of her own, she has an odd way of showing it.

I think its Kate that wants tv time back. Every time I turn the tv on something about Kate is mentioned and not her or Jon’s children are mentioned. I think the children are maybe missing tv time a little bit but I think they miss their dad more than tv.
