Lady Gaga stunned in Hong Kong with a dress made out of hair a shade very close to Kelly Osbourne’s (Kelly had all her hair last night on Watch What Happens Live, so Gaga didn’t steal it. Whew!.) The purple wig dress also had Gaga’s own blonde wig woven into the neck.

This is actually the sixth time Gaga has worn a hair dress. Here’s one of her previous hair duds.
