Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon renewed their wedding vows at the top of the Eiffel Tower Friday!
Mariah broke the romantic news on her Twitter account:
“Tonight was an incredible night. I can’t express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower.”

According to Nick they’ve been renewing their vows every year since their surprise wedding four years ago (April 30, 2008) at Mariah’s private estate in the Bahamas.
He wrote: “We get married every year; it’s our thing. I just have to keep doing it to make sure it’s real.”
Mariah and Nick actually renewed their vows in the hospital room last year because Mariah gave birth to their twins Monroe and Moroccan on their anniversary.
Earlier this year Nick revealed he has been diagnosed with lupus nephritis, a type of lupus that attacks the kidneys. He had to step back from some of his work commitments, like his morning radio shows to focus on his health and spend time with his family.
