Honey Boo Boo Child (Alana Thompson from Toddlers and Tiaras) has her own reality show!

We missed this when it was first reported two weeks ago, but we just saw that Perez Hilton’s children blog Perezitos says Honey Boo Boo Child (a.k.a. Alana Thompson) has her own reality spin-off. This puts a bigger spin on “dolla make me holla.”

From the footage we saw on Toddler’s & Tiaras, Alana doesn’t win a lot of pageants because, despite her endless imbibement of “Go-go Juice (Mountain Dew and Red Bull)” she doesn’t let her personality shine on stage the way she lets it shine in from of a reality television confessional camera.

We’re sure lots of people are going to be highly critical of this idea, to be honest, we can’t get enough of Alana, and neither can the internet. All the old talk show episodes we have saved on the DVR feature Boo-Boo Child appearances. Her mom June is also an extreme couponer, so there’s an added element to Honey Boo Boo’s potential new show. I think we’d watch, would you?

Uhhh no…. This family is already clearly way too fame hungry and they’re exploiting a what… 6 year old? 6 year old’s should be playing and going to school and having fun and learning — not having a reality show.

sorry, I don’t want to be rude but this child isn’t cute or “the most beautiful” at all. I live in the EU and these shows like Toodlers and Tiaras or Little Miss Perfect are scary. Babies with make up… bleeehhheee.

The “special juice” is clearly red bull and mountain dew….yes, just go ahead and give plenty of that to a 6 year old. Not that the mother seems to know much about nutrition anyway.

I’d much rather see a MacKenzie spinoff. She seems more funny and is actually somewhat talented in the field of pageants. She’s a total bratty diva, but she’s cute and her mom isn’t a total nutcase. I’m so tired of TV networks exploiting these white trash families like “honey boo-boo child’s”. It’s somewhat entertaining, but it does get old after a short while.

Do they not remember jonbenet ramsey?!?! Child pagents are ridiculous and really stupid… This little girl needs to be playing with barbies and with her friends or something, not doing this! And I definately agree with the first comment, this family is clearly way too fame hungry!!!

Hmmmmm…your child isn’t doing well in the pageants? She doesn’t let her personality shine onstage? Maybe she doesn’t really want to be there.
And I’m sorry to be a prude, but the “dolla make me holla” quote really creeped me out coming from a child. I don’t know where it originated or if it’s been taken out of context, but down in these here parts, it’s what a woman of ill-repute might say to her “date”.

Alana is a genuinely funny kid. If her parents want to push her in the limelight comedy and improv would seem more fitting then pagents and reality tv. I really like her, but I do think its weird to have reality shows centering on children as the protagonist. I’m not sure if I think it’s ethical.

I can’t believe that they let little kids do that. Even the white trash have money to afford something for their kids like 5,000 dollar dresses, when they should be focusing on getting a better house and/or putting their child through college. I can’t believe all of the things that these kids say to their parents. It’s like they think that they can just say anything and get away with it because i’m little ms. perfect and i can do that. I just want to jump through the TV and smack them in the mouth. I hate all of the makeup that they put on a 6 year old. I mean really. When she turns 20 it will look like shes like 45 because of all of the damage its doing to her face. Really?
