The last time Bravo went to the former Playboy model well they found pure gold with The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer, and now the network hopes the bunny lightning will strike twice with Playboy alum Lisa Hochstein, the newest cast member on The Real Housewives of Miami!

29-year-old Lisa Hochstein made her name as a buxom blonde bombshell under her maiden name, Lisa Marie Mackay. As Lisa Mackay she appeared in an issue of Playboy’s Sexy Girls Next Door before landing the cover of Playboy’s Vixens in 2006 and then appearing in a Playboy Voluptuous Vixens issue in 2007.
Here are Lisa Mackay’s specs from one of her online modeling profiles. (It was last updated in 2009 and clearly states she no longer does nudes. Methinks perhaps the wedding band may have affected that decision!)
“I am here to showcase my profile/ pics and gain exposure, while meeting potential clients WITH PAID assignments to offer me. I will not do anything nude. I will however shoot with the best of the best for tfp, meaning you must really be THE BEST!!!”
Height: 5′ 5″
Weight: 105 lbs
Hair color: Blonde
Hair length: Long
Eye color: Hazel
Skin color: Tanned
Shoot nudes: No
Experience: Very Experienced

(Hmmmm… I dunno about that cup size. Perhaps this was before Dr. hubby worked his bosom magic? Also, she’s lists her bust measurement as “0” which makes me think she knew it was soon to be in transition.)
No doubt Lisa had voluptuousness to spare, but she didn’t owe it all to mother nature! She received a little help from plastic surgeon Dr. Lenny Hochstein, who has an extensive resume of high-profile modeling clients on dipslay (including Lisa) at his web sites LHochsteinMD.com and BreastImplantSpecialistMiami.com. Dr. Hochstein is a veteran Bravolebrity having starred in the network’s short-lived reality take on Nip/Tuck titled Miami Slice in 2004.
Dr. Hochstein must have had one heck of a bedside manner because he would eventually leave Lisa Mackay’s bedside and hop right in the sack with her! The two got married on October 24th, 2009 at small, private ceremony held at Dr. Hochstein’s lavish Miami mansion.
Thanks to her husband and a rather extensive modeling resume, Lisa Hochstein is definitely well-connected. And I’m guessing she is not lacking in self confidence, so I confess I’m looking forward to meeting her when the second season of The Real Housewives of Miami rolls around!
In case you were wondering, Lisa will be joining fellow former model newbie, and Dancing With The Stars contestant, Joanna Krupa on the show’s sophomore season. Returning from season one will be Marysol Patton (and Mama Elsa Patton!), Lea Black, and Audriana de Moura. That means Alexia Echevarria, Larsa Pippen, and Cristy Rice are out. The show wasn’t well received critically or in the ratings and it was thought Bravo wouldn’t renew it for another season. Some speculate Andy Cohen’s (and everyone else’s – including our own) affection for Mama Elsa Patton may have been the deciding factor in bringing it back.

Bravo is reportedly shooting scenes with Lisa Hochstein and Joanna Krupa to see how well they work on camera. They will probably be introduced as “Friends of the Housewives” if they underwhelm in front of the lens. (See: Dana Wilkey)
