Halle Berry wants Gabriel Aubry away from daughter during child endangerment investigation

Gabriel Aubry with Nahlia

The situation involving actress Halle Berry, baby daddy and model Gabriel Aubry and the custody of their daughter Nahla has taken a turn for the dramatic. The Los Angeles Police Department has launched a criminal battery and child endangerment investigation into Aubry after a nanny has accused him of pushing her while she was holding Nahla in her arms. In addition, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services is also conducting their own investigation into possible child endangerment based on these accusations.

Alliance Kamdem has alleged that Aubry not only shoved her but also yelled and used vulgar language while doing so with his daughter present. Perhaps more disturbing is her claim that Aubry would yell at 3-year-old Nahla resulting in the child cowering in fear. Kamdem, who resigned after the alleged shoving last week, also claims that at one time Nahla had a rash and Aubry refused to treat it.

Aubry’s rep stated:

“Anyone can file a police report at any time, regardless of it being accurate.”

Berry is in court as this post is being written requesting that a judge prohibit Aubry from having any contact with Nahla until the investigation into these alleged events has been completed. We’ll update this post once we receive word on what the court decides.

Update:
Good ol’ judicial system… The judge delayed any rulings until Monday when the judge who was supposed to be on the bench returns. Don’t you just love the law?
