Joe Giudice indicted on fraud and impersonation charges

While the rumors of New Jersey’s own Jon Bon Jovi having died were proven untrue the story that Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Giudice got thumped by a grand jury are very real.

Joe, husband of Housewife Teresa Giudice, has been indicted by a grand jury and charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother’s name.

Joe wanted to get himself back behind the wheel all legit and what not and went off and got himself a driver’s license by using his bro Pietro’s marriage license and birth certificate. So how did the authorities find out about this sitch? As they always seem to do, by a simple traffic stop.

You see Pietro Giudice was pulled over during the patented ol’ “routine traffic stop” and Joe’s picture came up. Whoops! The Giudices went Joe’s $50,000 bail on the day he was arrested and he was immediately driven to the Poconos to be alongside wife Teresa during a book signing. Ahhhhh, the life of a “Real Househusband.”

Joe faces up to 11 years in prison if convicted on both counts.

This charge should stick. If he’s smart (which he isn’t) he’ll negotiate a plea.

He’s 40 yrs old and he’s still acts this way with a wife and four kids, this is soooo sad. Joe told Teresa on an episode “you chose this life.”….He’s a rude disrespectful man, it shows on the show. Teresa married for better or WORSE…and since she is standing by him, she is a miserable woman taking out all her frustrations on the women on the show…SO SAD!!!
