I saw that spot on TMZ a few weeks ago talking about her doing Diamond Dallas Page's YRG Workout. No doubt that is the "Dallas" she told Oprah about. I found the YRG Workout at GreatDrills.com and ordered it. Hopefully I get the same results as Carnie! I saw Carnie on Oprah yesterday, she looks great and has some positive energy going.
