Usher Raymond’s ex-wife wants her Saks 5th Avenue credit card back. Oh, and sole custody of their kids too.
Tameka Raymond has filed dem papers in Georgia asking that a judge strip the R & B superstar of joint physical custody of their children. Usher and Tameka were married for two years and have two children together, Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Ely Raymond.
In the court documents Tameka has claimed a long list of grievances that have led her to this decision. Among them she is claiming that Usher has failed to:
-> Get her permission to travel outside the state with their children
-> Get her approval before hiring nannies
-> Give her first shot to watch the kids when he’s away for more than 8 hours
-> Allow her to take the kids for 2-weeks in the summer of 2011
-> Let her have custody of the kids during Christmas break 2010
-> Pay her $5,000 a month for her own nannies (behind $34,000)
-> Pay additional child support since he’s become more successful (she wants some more bank after that duet with a goat I guess)
As if that list wasn’t enough she also stated that Ush closed out her Saks 5th Avenue account which he said he specifically wouldn’t do. Now girl is sadly denied the “special benefits” that card offers.
There is a hearing scheduled for this on Wednesday as Tameka was demanding this be addressed ASAP.
