Ryan Alexander Jenkins photo from "Megan Wants A Millionaire"

Photos and the most recent updates about Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a suspect in the murder of model Jasmine Fiore.

The manhunt is on for Jenkins, a former contestant on the reality show Megan Wants A Millionaire (watch clips here). He was reportedly last seen in Washington state near the Canadian border driving a black SUV with a boat in tow. The vehicle and boat were later found abandoned and a search conducted by local and federal authorities turned up nothing. The speculation is that Ryan crossed the border on foot. This information is based on reporting from TMZ.com and their source in the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Department.

TMZ has also uncovered the fact that Jenkins has ties to Roatan, an island off Honduras. There is a resort there that Ryan’s architect father Dan worked on as “developer, president and architect” of the project. As far as the legal ramifications of fleeing the country when suspected in a homicide investigation, TMZ says:

“Authorities believe Jenkins has fled to Canada. That country will not extradite someone charged with a death penalty offense in the United States. Of course, if Jenkins is charged with a non-capital crime, he could be extradited.

Honduras also provides for extradition, but only to the suspect’s home country — which we believe is Canada.”

TMZ, which has apparently emerged as the most powerful investigative news organization in the world, has also obtained photos from the couples wedding as well as a letter from Ryan to Jasmine written three weeks prior to her death.
