In Nene Leakes’ memoir Never Make the Same Mistake Twice she warns us all to stay away from crazy women who sleep with married men, especially ones with freakish fake hair on their heads. She doesn’t have a lot of dirt on Kim, and doesn’t spill too many details that she does know, but she does provide a bit of a character study, Nene-style. She also dropped a nugget that Kim told Lisa Wu Hartwell a lie that could have cost her her marriage. Inter-west-ing.
Sounds like “Miss Kim” as Nene calls her in the book, might have told Lisa Wu that she did the nasty with Ed. That’s pure speculation though, Nene didn’t reveal exactly what Kim told Lisa. What I’m sure of though, is that Kim absolutely did not sleep with Ed Hartwell. He simply doesn’t have enough cash. Everyone knows Kim won’t sleep with a man unless he owns the equivalent to half of Atlanta, and Ed’s house just went into foreclosure.
Here’s a description of Nene’s first impression of Kim:
She would come to the gym wearing those big-ass blond wigs she always wears, and had diamonds all on her fingers and arms and ear–dressed in a different Juicy Couture sweat suit ever day of the week. And she’d hold court out in front of the gym like she owned the concrete it was laid on–always had a Louis Vuitton handbag at her feet and a cigarette dangling from her lips while she talked and laughed with that big, loud mouth of hers.
Kim sounds more interesting when she’s described like that. Read that paragraph again, and then scroll up to the picture above. There really are no words. Nene failed to mention anywhere in her book about the tarantula eyes. And the wig . . . it would be better if the thing just covered her whole head. She must get off on the mismatched colors of her yellow dye job and the unnatural cornsilk strands cascading around her crazy face.
Nene says that her debauched fake hair actually tricks men into giving her bucket loads of money. So maybe that’s the problem. I’m a women, and therefore the mess on Kim’s head and eyes, and mouth and everything makes me want to vomit a little. However, if I were a heterosexual man, I would hand over my wallet after one glimpse at the magnificence of Kimberleigh Zolciak. I’m beginning to think that she’s an alien life form sent down to destroy they world through seducing men. I bet that wig is covering up a pulsating brain, or some mess. Here’s what Nene says about Kim’s astonishing powers:
And the men? Yeah, the humongous boobs and the big fake hair and the trashy mouth and those flirty ways win them over every time.
The alien life form that is Kim Zolciak apparently feed solely off of designer clothes, handbags, and jewelry. If it gets imitation, it dies. Nene’s ragging on Kim for being empty inside and defining herself through her designer labels, but it might be true that if she doesn’t have these things, she will actually die. Nene snarks about it in her book, but this is serious.
Kim is difficult to understand, and Nene attributes this to pure, unadulterated insanity, describing her as a “wack job,” and “certifiably crazy.” And in the words of Nene “crazy people do not make good friends.” In Never Make the Same Mistake Twice, she means exactly that concerning Kim, vowing never to be her friend again. She simply can’t trust the girl, and “some friendships aren’t worth the effort.”
But a working relationship with Kim? Hell, yeah, Nene’s down for that. She’ll definitely claw and fight with Kim foreva as long as it keeps her in the spotlight. Television’s better with a little drama anyway.
Recently TMZ posted a 911 call Kim made from a Target claiming that Nene “choked her out.” Nene responded that Kim wasn’t innocent in the matter either. The whole thing was filmed by Bravo, so I guess we’ll all “watched what happened” soon.

There is nothing ‘REAL’ about Nene’s personality. I think she is jealous of EVERY woman on the show…including Kim. The only “wh*rish” trait that separates Nene and Kim, is that Nene married her SUAGAR DADDY, but are both wh*res nontheless. Nene will never be Khandi. Khandi is a mult-talented woman who worked her way to the top without having to dance on the stripper poles to find a sugar daddy (Which is why she tries to secretly berate her). Kim is a wh*re, but she owns up to her hustle. I have to respect her for that one. Nene, we all know you’re a classless hoodrat from Athens, so enough with the ‘bou-ghetto’ performance. I would never purchase a book from a hater like you. Speaking of books, does anyone know when Eric Jerome Dickeys new book will be released?
Thanks for your imput. I definitely used to like Nene a lot more, but once she started attacking the very classy and talented Kandi, my opinion changed of her. I also have to agree that Kim is charming because she blatantly admits to what she does for money.
Eric Jerome Dickey’s last book Resurrecting Midnight came out August 25, 2009, but you’ve probably already read that one. There is no listing for an upcoming book on Amazon, or on his website, but he’s probably working on his next one right now.
Why did Kim break her engegemnet to Big Papa? Frankly I think he gave her theat alleged, ‘Engagement Ring’ just to quiet her down. I guess it comes down to, I like you, but I don’t like taht much.’ Meaning, I’m not going to leave my wife & kids for you. Dissusional to think a man is going to leave his family for another woman in the children’s formative years. Hypothetically spealong, even if doesn’t have feelings for his wife, he does for his kids. If its the man they are showing on the internet as being the mysterous, ‘Big Papa,’ the current Mrs. Big Papa’ is not a bad looking woman. Reality bites and I guess Missy Kim knows that. BTW, Kim, I hear Walmart is hiring,check it out. Blue lite special anyone? Kim is used to the red-lite district.
I think Nene is a bit much this season, but still the most real housewife on the show, Kim is setting women back decades, she even proves it by having her alter ego be a Stepford wife and a mistress, and the fact that she is raising girls, I mean come on, what is she teaching them, to spread their legs to married men to get what they want. You don’t continue to see a married man no matter what he tells you, let him come back when he’s divorced. What she is doing to that other woman is going to bring her some bad karma.
Last season I thought NeNe was a better person than she actually is. Maybe it makes for good tv. But the way she chooses to deal with people finger pointing, loud mouthing, always having to call people out. Who is she? Or better yet who made her God? I watched because it was interesting tv but are you really real if you put it in quotes and have to keep reminding people. She is who she is, as we all are but her constant put downs of Kim make it look like she is jealous. An now she’s taking on Kandi over a dumb song she didn’t even want to sing. Calling her ghetto and putting down her singing ability to Dwight. Don’t blow out another person’s candle to make your’s shine brighter. If you’re brilliant it will outshine them anyway. If you watch long enough people’s true color start to come out and it looks like her’s has. I hope her book does well but I don’t want to read a book from a “real” person who spends so much time downing another. Thats real.
what I feel is simply NeNe is jealous of Kim. Of thew girls on the show for the second season “at first” I thought NeNe was real…NOT, I think everything about her is fake. She wants her a big popa too thats why she always references all of Kim’s fine trinkets she has gotten for being good at what she does. NeNe on the other hand just seem to have an old man, not sure how fat his pockets are but obviously not as fat as big popas and that my friend brings about some animosity toward Kim. NeNe act like she is better than Kim but hopped right on being a stripper, in which we all know was her past life so to me if you showed your goods in the past to married men for cash how much better are you than Kim. At least Kim real about hers. NeNe is over the top and secretly jealous of all the women cause they all pretty than her so to take the attention off her amazonish stature she brings negative attention to all the other ladies. NeNe’s a fake and I would tell her manly look self to her face. Oh yeah and lastly stop talking about Kim’s wig with that hideous hair piece you wear, maybe you should go to Candee’s stylis cause your style is so topayish…
NeNe is 100% real.Kim is the fake one in the show. Just think about it Kim puts everyone down to better herself. NeNe calls it like she sees it if an ace is a spade she calls it a spade. Jealous of Kim I think NOT. Kim has obviously nothing of her own unless you count her two kids and that’s it. Everything else she gets from either opening up her mouth and doing some mouth work or laying on her back for a man that can give two darns about her. NeNe has more class and style than Kim ever will like seriously have you seen the outfits Kim wears. Without a doubt the two realst people on the show hands down are Lisa and NeNe eveyone else is fake. People need to stop hating on NeNe and babying Kim like seriously if her stuff was that good she would have a house as big if not bigger than NeNe lets be real.
Your depiction of Kim is clearly biased in favor of Nene. I didn’t used to like Kim, but now, I think she needs to kick Nene’s arse – At least she is honest about who she is – Nene just a fraud – her lingo keeps getting more fake as time goes on and fame goes to her tranny face
