Mariah Yeater has withdrawn her paternity claim against Justin Bieber.

The suit was oh so quietly dismissed late last week . On top of that, Mariah Yeater’s lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, have said no thank you to working on the case any longer for Mariah.

If you’ll remember, Bieber’s lawyers decided to get aggressive with this claim stating that they not only would take the DNA test as requested but would sue Yeater till the sun don’t shine in return. Also, when Yeater’s mug shot came across the news wire and the accompanying arrest was for slapping her ex-boyfriend after he claimed he wasn’t her son’s father things started looking bad for Yeater.

Yeater claimed in her lone TV interview that she had proof, but I’m guessing that proof went poof. Baby, baby, baby – you’ve been dismissed.

UPDATE: Yeater’s “new” lawyers are still in negotiations with Bieber’s camp and expect him to still follow through with the DNA testing. Catch up on the latest here.
