Tonight was the 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and adding to the visual smorgasbord of colorful unmentionables and elaborate matching costumes was the queen of elaborate and colorful herself, Nicki Minaj.
The rapper and avant garde fashionista performed her smash hit “Super Bass” as the superstar roster of VS “Super Asses” like Doutzen Kroes, Chanel Iman, Alessandra Ambrosio, Adriana Lima, Shanina Shaik, and Candice Swanepoel strutted the catwalk in the brand new line of Victoria’s Secret bras and panties.
Here’s Nicki sharing the stage with one of the afore-mentioned Angels, who I’m guessing is close to seven feet tall:

Nicki Minaj was a late addition to the event’s impressive lineup of performers that included Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Maroon 5. She took the place of Cee-Lo Green, who canceled at the last minute for unknown reasons. All I can say about that is, “Well played Victoria’s Secret! Well played indeed.”
The 2011 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show will air on CBS November 29 at 10/9c!
