Time for more, “Lohans and their assorted mug shots” action as this time we have Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan sporting the sad orange following a domestic violence arrest.
Tampa area police arrived at Michael Lohan’s ex-girlfriend, Kate Major’s, apartment last night and heard from inside a female voice yelling, “stop” and “leave me alone.” The police knocked and Lohan answered the door in just his shorts out of breath telling the authorities that everything was okay and that nothing had happened. At this point Major began yelling from the background that she needed help because she claimed he was lying. The cops separated the two and interviewed them individually to get the he said she said details.
Kate was shaking and showed redness on her arms as well as minor bruising on her arm and knee. Her cell phone was smashed to bits, clothes from her closet had been “thrown everywhere” and there was a dent in the bathroom door that was consistent with the height of Lohan’s head. Lohan was taken into custody by the cops but complained of chest pains so he was first taken to an area hospital.
The official police report stated that they believed this was a ploy by Lohan to keep from being arrested. He even checked himself out when he thought the cops had gone but they detained him and took him to jail and processed him for booking.
According to Major, Lohan had been at her apartment the night before where the two got into a violent altercation. She threatened to call the police then but she claims that Lohan injured his own head against her door causing himself to bleed… and warned that if the cops showed up he would blame her for the injury and she took the bait. She regretted the decision but claims, “she was scared.”

If what she alleged happened the following night took place then she had every reason to be scared. She told police that Lohan pushed her multiple times, squeezed her arms and told her that he would, “slit both his wrist and her wrist.” He also threatened to throw her off the balcony (4th floor). This all happened after she refused to give him a “bl*w j*b” according to Major.
As for Michael Lohan’s defense? He stated that the altercation stemmed from a sexual encounter as well that he also described in detail. As Michael tells it, the two were having intercourse and she did not want him to ejaculate inside her but he informed her that he had done so anyways. This, according to Lohan, caused Major to get, “very angry.” He denies having laid a hand on her and is claiming that the cut on his forehead was indeed caused by Major. Lohan concluded by stating that the two were headed to court today to drop a restraining order she had filed against him.
This sadly isn’t the couple’s first trouble with this type of incident as LAPD hauled in Lohan for domestic violence charges against Major back in March. Actually, he complained of chest pains during that situation as well.
Oh heck while I’m at it, he also got arrested for violating a restraining order against his ex-fiancee Erin Muller who claimed that he knocked her around too. Here’s what she allegedly (can I stop writing allegedly now?) claimed he did:
– slapped her in the face twice because Erin accused him of giving her a fake watch on her birthday
– “punched Erin in the mouth” because she had a male friend on Facebook
– whipped a computer cord at her face
– kicked her in the ribs
– spit in Erin’s face, and beat her repeatedly with his fist. Then he “yelled at her to ‘stop crying c*nt — other people will see you — if they see you, I will kill you!
There are train wrecks and douchebags then there is THE train wreck-douchebag that is Michael Lohan.
