Human drama factory Lindsay Lohan was up to her old tricks again last night at V Magazine’s Black and White Ball where she reportedly tossed a drink on a photographer… for V Magazine!
His name is Jasper Rischen and he took to Twitter to express his disbelief at receiving an unwanted Lohan shower:
A rep for Women’s Wear Daily witnessed the incident and also took to Twitter:
Rischen later posted a photo of Lindsay and her “hostile group” in which Lindsay can be seen in the foreground wearing a strapless black dress. Also in the photo is Lindsay’s mom Dina Lohan, who can be seen on the left wearing the red dress. Oh, and if you look closely enough, you will be able to spot an avian digit from one of LiLo’s entourage. (You can see more photos of Lindsay at the event HERE and HERE)
And in an apparently unrelated incident, someone at Lindsay’s table was mysteriously injured and was escorted out (bleeding!) by the New York Fire Department! Here’s a firsthand account from Styleite:

UPDATE - Just Jared clears up what happened with the mystery bleeding girl at Lindsay’s table:
A woman tripped while walking down a staircase adjacent to Lindsay’s booth. The glass she was holding shattered and sliced her arm open. Medics were called and the woman was taken to the hospital. “Lindsay didn’t even see the girl trip,” a partygoer tells JustJared.com. “She saw the bloody mess after the fact and then went over to the hotel’s owner [Andre Balazs] and chatted with him for awhile.”
The site also claims to clear up the glass tossing rumor, but this sounds so different from the other eyewitness reports I’m wondering if it’s even the same thing:
RUMOR: She threw a champagne glass at a cocktail waitress.
JJ FACT: Lindsay was sitting on a white leather couch with friends and family when a photographer leaned over a wall behind her booth, tried to take a picture, and accidentally knocked over a glass. “Lindsay and her friends were soaked in champagne,” a partygoer tells JustJared.com. “But they grabbed a pile of napkins and cleaned it up quickly.”
