This past weekend it was discovered that 16 and Pregnant star Kianna Randall had been arrested and charged with burglary and theft (CLICK HERE for her mug shot photo and HERE for more info on the arrest), and now we have more sad news to report about Kianna’s Season 3 cast mate Cleondra Carter, who just got out of jail herself after being arrested for what appears to be a domestic dispute with her boyfriend Mario Escovedo.
The news was confirmed earlier today by The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, who had worked closely with Cleondra on a recent interview spotlighting how far along she had come since finding out she was pregnant at the age of 16. In the interview Cleondra revealed she had graduated high school with a high GPA and was planning to start her first day at college where she was going to study to become a nurse.
“I’m attending college. I’m still working my full-time job. [My daughter] is doing amazing. My life is great,” Cleondra told The Ashley.
Though she did not reveal any details out of respect for Cleondra and her family, The Ashley did say that “it was a result of problems at home. (I don’t want you guys thinking it was something really bad like what Kianna did.) Both Cleondra and Mario are back home at this point.” This seems to confirm other unsubstantiated internet reports that it was a domestic dispute between the couple.
UPDATE – According to the Desoto Times Tribune Cleondra was arrested for domestic assault with a $500 bail and Mario was arrested for domestic assault with a $1,000 bond.

Cleondra talked about her difficult relationship with Mario in the interview, saying, “Mario and I are still together. It was rocky but we just had to figure out how to juggle each other and Kylee with us both working full-time jobs, but we’re good now.”
I was also a fan of Cleondra’s, and if you recall she received my vote to be a cast member of Teen Mom 3 along with Jordan, Allie and Kayda. If there is a silver lining in this story it is that the arrest appears to stem from a domestic dispute between her and Mario, which is a lot better than being involved with a burglary, guns, drugs or anything like that.
