Jersey Shore returned to MTV tonight with their Season 4 Premiere featuring the GTL crew arriving in Florence, Italy. In an attempt to poke a little fun at their sojourn there, 6 Hour Power energy shots filmed a commercial featuring Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and Deena Nicole Cortese desperately looking for some energy shots in a number of Italian stores without any luck. Here’s the spot:
In the commercial the girls are having difficulty finding some 6 Hour Power energy shots – that is until they get noticed by some Jersey school Guidos who obviously know how to party! They motion the girls over to share some shots and we can only assume that some sort of smushin’ ensued!
If you remember, after the cast returned to the United States and were asked to begin filming Season 5 immediately in Seaside Heights there were three cast members who were allowed a temporary leave for previous obligations they couldn’t get out of. One was Pauly D, who had a scheduled appearance in Las Vegas. The others were Sammi and Deena, who were allowed to film a commercial. And here it is!
I confess that when I first saw the commercial I thought it was a scene. I couldn’t figure out why the picture was so clear!
