Nicollette Sheridan frolicked on the beach in Malibu, California on August 2 with boyfriend Steven Pate, and she looked smokin’.

At 45, Nicollette has the body of a 20-year-old.

In the past she’s mentioned that her dog Olivier is the only trainer he needs – he takes her running 5 to 7 times a week. I might have to call Oliver to book an appointment.
