Can you say “The Real Mob Wives of New York City?”
We cover a lot of reality series on this blog and sometimes I forget that these multiple “realities” can overlap! Such was the case in New York City last night when break out Mob Wives star Drita D’Avanzo showed up for the amNew York party celebrating the addition of RHONYC‘s Kelly Killoren Bensimon and photographer Patrick McMullan to their staff.
Drita appeared to be a bit of a good sport as she posed with Kelly’s cast mate Jill Zarin, who seemed to think it was funny to aim a finger gun at her:
Jill had better be careful – cat fights and feuds with Bethenny and Ramona are one thing, but something tells me crossing Dita could have a worse result than a few harsh words at a reunion taping!
But Jill wasn’t the only cast mate of Kelly’s to show their support as Countess LuAnn de Lesseps (right) and newbie Cindy Barshop were also in attendance:
Notable absentees included Ramona Singer and Alex McCord, so I think we can safely assume those two don’t smooth things over with Kelly before the end of this season.
In case you were wondering what the event was about, amNew York is basically a free online newspaper based in New York City (duh) and Kelly Bensimon is writing a style column for them. From Kelly:
